About Michelle

My journey began in 1994 when I graduated as an occupational therapist from Wayne State University School of Allied Health. I worked in a hospital focusing on rehabilitation before moving to North Carolina, where I worked with children in a private clinic specializing in Sensory Integration for three years. It was there I saw how powerful CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was at treating these children. I returned to school to study massage therapy at the Carolina School of Massage and became Nationally Certified in June 1998.I am now Techniques-certified in CranioSacral therapy through The Upledger Institute.

Over the years in my practice, I began to notice how our bodies tell the stories about the stress in our lives. It became clear to me that in order to take some of the self awareness that were opening up on the table into real life, another dimension needed to be added.

That’s when I was inspired to attend Coach Training Alliance and receive my coaching certificate. It helps make each session richer and deeper, and leads you into action and forward momentum.

My treatment philosophy is simple. I believe in honoring the body by using gentle techniques that allow you to release and unwind inner restrictions.

This gives you the ability to connect more fully to yourself. So you're better able to trust your own inner wisdom, connect with others and your higher purpose more deeply, and live your life to your greatest potential.
